When they refuse the gesture, Cruella resorts to trying to steal the puppies. The story then revolves around Pongo and Perdy trying to rescue the puppies while making new friends along the way.
This movie shows the importance of family and the strong bond. Roger values the Dalmatian puppies way more than the generous offer of money Cruella is willing to give him. Pongo and Perdy also find family ties in puppies that are not their own and still consider them one of their own. This TV show is based off the 1963 childhood book series by Norman Bridwell about a giant red dog named Clifford. The story was based on his own personal experience of his dog but his dog was neither red or giant. In this TV show, Clifford is a male red dog who is a gentle giant. Clifford is loyal, loveable, and clumsy. His size often gets him into trouble by his friends and others he meets during his adventures. Fun fact, Clifford was named after Norman Bridwell’s wife’s imaginary childhood friend.
Another important character in this TV show is Emily Elizabeth. She is Clifford’s owner who is friendly, sweet, and a curious eight-year-old girl. Emily received Clifford as a surprise gift for her 6thbirthday. She often rides Clifford on his bare back to get to place to place. CatDog, an American animated TV series, was created by Peter Hannan on Nickelodeon. This show is about conjoined twin hybrid brothers, with one being a cat and the other a dog.
